How to Start Exercise When You Don’t Want To

So unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know exercise is important for you.   And you may also be one of the blessed few where exercise comes easily.   For most people though, it’s an uphill struggle to get started and keep going.  I talk a little bit about that in this video and share a few thoughts that have been helpful for some patients.
