Is “Stress” Just In the Mind? Or is it In the Body?

Do you think that “feeling stressed” is just in your mind?    What would you do if you knew that your body

was actually creating the stress response that you feel in your mind?    Would you take any steps or even

all possible steps to slow down that response?    In this video I review how stress is affected by the foods

we eat and how that happens.   Once you know how it happens, once you understand the principle behind

the food-stress connection then it becomes easy to make the changes that will keep you healthy and

feeling much more peaceful because you are not setting off the stress response in your body and it’s not
